A crisis is when you still have good conversations at Expo Real.


Yes, the crisis was, of course, a permanent topic. Nobody underestimates the current market situation. Nevertheless, I also perceived confidence. As we all know, in every crisis, there is an opportunity.


I am not yet a RICS member, so my personal little highlight at Expo Real was the RICS networking event at the HypZert trade fair stand. HypZert F certified appraisers can become a member of RICS via the Senior Routes as a Valuer.


Many thanks for the invitation to Vanessa Kuhlmann from RICS Germany.


Overall, I had a good time in Munich with many interesting meetings. My conclusion about Expo Real 2023 is, therefore, positive.

All data collected on our website is processed on Wix's servers. As part of the aforementioned services provided by Wix, data may also be transferred to Wix Inc., 500 Terry A.
